I had been struggling with headaches for a while, and this doctor really helped me. The acupuncture treatment was very effective, and their technique was excellent. I went to AcuRestore after having suffered from long lasting chronic migraines for a while and I was struggling to find a solution, including prescribed medication. I was really wanting to find a solution and had someone recommend acupuncture. I thought I would try it, although I had very little knowledge about the actual process. I was made to feel very welcome and the initial consultation was really insightful, Dr Phoebe helped me understand what's actually involved in acupuncture, and the scientific process and methodology behind it. I had my first session while suffering from a 2 week long migraine, and 20 minutes after leaving the appointment the migraine completely cleared, it literally seemed miraculous. I still visit regularly, as the acupuncture sessions with Dr Phoebe are the only thing that keeps the migraines at bay, and it also helps with other aspects of my health. After having experienced severe back pain and could barely walk, I was able to book in a last minute appointment with Dr Phoebe. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely receptionist Kiwii. Her demeanour was so calming and immediately put me at ease. I was then introduced to Dr Phoebe who showed a very maternal and caring side. Instead of just jumping to put needles to the part that was in pain, she did a full and thorough assessment and was making sure I felt and stayed safe at all times. She proceeded with treating the parts of my body that I was unaware  were blocking me from being healthy. The day after my first treatment I was already seeing great improvement and was able to walk unaided. I had a slipped on the steps at work, Few days later, I stared experiencing terrible lower back pain.  I had been in pain for months and I could bearly  walk . I went to GP and to hospital but all I got was pain killer tables.  A friend and my son refer me to this AcuSpa place. When I went to the place at first, I did not know what expect. After the first day treatment, I felt different right away so, I booked for few more sections. For ever time that I went there for treatment,  I felt some sense of relief in my body. At this point, I am feeling great and very thankful to  Dr. Phoebe she is called,  but I would call her, Dr. Acupuncture fairy, her fingers works like magic and sees beyond physical eyes, almost like a microscope I would say. My first visit I was very anxious as I always am but Phoebe relaxed  me such a lovely lady she knows her work very happy I chose this place I've been twice and noticed a difference to and the massage I think her names Rachel I forget lol but wow so calming and relaxing highly recommended 😊
